location: the hotel was so close to the beach and the main hangout spot called fernando's bar, many restaurants, and shops. rooms with a double bed a single bed both had a quiet atmosphere. we didn't want to say goodbye and would stay here again.

The rooms at Hilton Cottage are super clean and very comfortable, making me feel at ease during my stay. The AC and mosquito net were a great addition, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The private bathroom with a shower was convenient and added to the overall comfort. The tile/marble floor in the triple room gave it a classy touch.

Personally, I would have liked the rooms to have more than just garden views. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great air conditioning to keep us cool after a day at the beach. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating, arranging snorkeling trips and offering a laundry service.

We did notice that the room could have been cleaner, with some ants, spiders, and flies in the corners.

Loved the private beach area for sunbathing, garden for a fancy outdoor tea party, and free parking for my vintage car. So many fun activities like cycling, but who has time for that?

Oh, the staff's broken English was just delightful. Such a wonderfully confusing experience.

had a great weekend at a cozy guesthouse in Trincomalee. The owners were so caring and made sure our room was clean and comfortable. The beach was just a short walk away, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Affordable and much better than other places in the area.

I recently stayed at Hilton Cottage for a week and it was an incredible experience. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and perfect white towels. The family running the guesthouse were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants like Restaurant Tuna and Be Cool juice bar. The guesthouse is brand new and well-equipped, making it feel like a proper nice hotel room. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!
